The correct transformer is vital for 12V LED lights
Conventional 12V lights use a transformer to reduce mains voltage to the required level. Because LEDs work differently to conventional bulbs, you’ll need to upgrade your transformer to a 12V LED driver. Conventional transformers won’t work properly with 12V LED lighting, but it’s easy to choose compatible drivers. We recommend high-quality Coemi units that are compatible with a 12V LED light.
