The Brand-new Warehouse built by Gazeley is part of their new G-Park Complex in Northampton.
The New Warehouse for Flexispot Ltd has 45,000 sq. feet of racked storage space with a height of 12 meters. As is usual new warehouse premises, the warehouse space comes without lighting, emergency lights, cabling or switching.
The specification was for Ledlights4you to supply Smart High Efficiency LED Lighting design along with high level Emergency Lighting.
The Gazeley G park complex are built to be as environmentally efficient with rain water harvesting and generous sky lighting to take advantage of daylight hours keeping energy costs to a minimum.
Cabling is in Fire Proof Cables as recommended in IEE 18th Edition electrical standard.

Smart Automatic Lighting
The result is a state of the art totally automatic lighting system using LEDlights4you LED High Bay Disc Smart LED lighting.
The lights work automatically using microwave sensors which detect both daylight levels and movement.
Our specialist installation team were able to provide a turnkey solution, installing Fire Proof cabling circuits, connection points, along with providing fish key switching and commissioning.
LEDlights4you designed the circuitry along with the lighting layout of 57 x Smart LED High Bay Lights and 10 x super spot
A simple Hand Held Remote can be used to adjust the Microwave sensors from the ground.
Over 5 years the scheme will save Flexispot £57,000 in Energy Savings iover conventional LED Lighting saving
